ANTM: Cycle 15

        Tired of waiting ? The wait has come to an end and Tyra is back with another hit season of Americas Next Top Model. The show kicked off its premiere tonight [Sept. 8] on the CW channel, making this its 15th cycle. This season is to be focused on the more high fashion part of the business. The show has also altered some of its prizes; the winner of the competition will be featured on the cover and a spread in Vogue Italia and a contract with the top modeling agency IMG Models.

         ANTM cycle 15 introduced fifteen new models in the making, ranging from all colors, sizes, ethnicities and looks. The premiere was packed with eager young women criticizing each other and ratting each other in the quest to the top. Cycle 15 is going to be one hell of a season. Now that’s Bad !

Naomi Has a Heart ?

        The world may know Naomi Campbell as one of the most established and heartless supermodels of all time. Little do some people know, among the many generous people today Naomi is one of them. In favor of the communities and countries who have sadly suffered from natural disasters, Naomi has started a fashion event called, Fashion for Relief. The event is a fashion show auctioning off the looks to raise money for ravished cities and countries struck by natural disasters. Fashion for Relief opened for Fashion Week in both New York and the UK. This year the show focused on the country of Haiti who in the past year suffered a massive earthquake.
        
        The successful event included some of the best well known faces in fashion such as Kelly Osbourne, Chris Brown, Donna Karen, Diane Von Furstenberg and many more.

         During the Fashion for Relief runway show, Naomi gave tribute to the late Alexander McQueen [who has recently passed away this spring] by showcasing some of his most unique looks. The Alexander Mcqueen Tribute segment [styled by celebrity stylist, Rachel Zoe] included models such as Helena Christensen, Natasha Poly, Karen Elson, Amber Valetta, Sasha Pivovarova and Naomi Campbell herself.
